| As Excel Linen's business grew the need for bigger and faster washing machines were a must, but the existing ceiling height was too low to accommodate the larger machines. The whole roof over the 3,000 sq. ft. wash room was raised 7 ft. |

| The basement of the building projected under the sidewalk. This project had been put on hold because the bids were coming in the upper $70,000. Mancuso Construction contacted the owner and proposed using structural composite decking. The job was finished for just under $40,000. |

| This project was a take out and replace deteriorated structural deck. This concrete deck was in a three car garage floor that had been over a basement below. Although Mancuso Construction no longer does residential work, this job was referred to us by one of Kansas City's larger Engineering Firms. |

| This building had been vacant for several years. Mancuso Construction was the very first to propose a plan that the City would finally accept. After the renovation was finished the building had been enlarged to 2,600 sq. ft. plus a large parking lot with curbs and extensive landscaping. |
