| This building is an addition to the existing Excel Linen Plant. The new building would have 2,500 sq. ft. of warehouse, 4,500 sq. ft. of new plant space plus 500 sq. ft. of new office space. It also gave them a large covered dock and more truck parking. |

| The new convenient store would be constructed right behind the existing deteriorating Blue Valley Market building. After construction of the new building was finished the old building had been demolished and a new parking lot was constructed in it's place. |

| This project had been revolutionary. The building was a pre-built building that had been constructed in Minnesota and trucked to the Kansas City construction site. Mancuso Construction erected the building in three days. |

| This building had been constructed less than 2 feet away from the old City Fish Building. It consisted of dinning section, all stainless steel kitchen, office and walk-in coolers. After the new building was finished the old building was demolished to make a drive up window and more parking. |
